Agenda: NYC July 10 & 11

4 Jul

The Agenda trade show is coming to New York City. Its a collaboration of mens streetwear, sportswear, lifestyle, culture and swag. You’ll find a lot of established players and upcoming upstarts to the scene. I actually attended an Agenda show back in 2005 in San Diego. Networked and met a lot of cool people. But overall good times. The only catch is that you have to be from the press, a buyer, a distributor or an exhibitor. Check out last years Agenda show in NYC . KR x Casio Collabo

6 Jun

These pictures are mad late but Im sure you’ll enjoy it anyway. I attended the KRINKxCASIO show. The show featured Craig Costello aka “KR” presenting his new collabo with casio – KRINK New York City G-Shock. While I was there I saw KR & Ron English. I did not  wanna disturb them because it seemed like they were in the middle of an art crtitique. I could hear Ron English asking him questions about his techniques. lol.

Fat Beats Retail Stores Closing!!

1 Sep

My earliest memory of Fat Beats NYC  was back in 94′ when I used catch a ride with ma dukes to Newark NJ because she worked right around the corner from Penn Station. I would catch the path train to New York City to 9th st. and hit up Fat Beats then grab a dog at Gray’s. Till this day I still hit up Fat Beats but not as often as I should but now Im gonna miss this store oddly enough. After 16yrs of providing music to DJ’s , Producers, Artists & Collectors. I am sad to announce that Fat Beats NY & LA are closing down their retail stores this week.  Don’t worry the online store will still be open!! Check out the flyer below to find out what artists will be in the store for their final week.
